North Cove Cafe uses mushrooms and beef from our farm, plus produce and cheese from our local farmers markets.
Our family farm’s cows are pasture raised, moved to fresh grass frequently, and given treats of our used mushroom growing blocks- we call our beef “grass and shiitake fed” beef.

NCM Sandwiches and Specialties
North Cove Bistro Burger –
Chargrilled shiitake and grass fed beef from our farm, blended with roasted North Cove Shiitake mushrooms and herbs, topped with caramelized onions, shiitakes, melted baby Swiss, and a sunnyside up egg on a toasted Brioche roll. Served with field greens, tomato, pickles, and housemade garlic aioli.
Southwestern Veggie Burger-
Housemade gluten free vegan patty with North Cove Shiitake mushrooms, black beans, corn, bell peppers, and southwestern spices. Topped with housemade chipotle aioli, field greens, tomato, and pickles on a toasted Brioche roll. Served on a bed of greens for GF-V option.
Brightwood Chicken Salad –
Chopped, herb-roasted chicken breast blended with housemade mayo, fresh celery and red grapes, piled high on a toasted Brioche roll with dressed field greens and tomatoes. Seasoned with North Cove Mushrooms Seasoning Salt and topped with scallions and toasted almonds.
Mushroom Tempura –
A basket of crispy fried sweet potato spears, North Cove Shiitake, and Blue Oyster mushrooms in a light tempura batter. Served with soy ginger ponzu dipping sauce.
Steakhouse Shish Kabobs –
Marinated shiitake and grass fed beef from our farm, charred bell peppers, and North Cove Shiitakes, grilled to perfection and served with flatbread, dressed field greens, and herb-garlic and sriracha aioli.
Greek Chicken Souvlaki –
Grilled skewers of herb-marinated chicken breast and red onions w/ cucumber, feta, garden tomato, North Cove Shiitake, and tzatziki sauce. Seasoned with North Cove Mushrooms Seasoning Salt and served w/ warm flatbread and red wine vinaigrette dressed field greens.
Garden Mushroom Skewers –
North Cove Shiitake, Lions Mane, and Blue Oyster Mushrooms grilled with garlic, onions, and fresh herbs, served with chevre, dressed field greens, warm flatbread, and North Cove’s Reishi balsamic reduction.
Grilled Chicken Florentine –
Sautéed North Cove Mushrooms and chopped grilled chicken folded with cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, chevre, caramelized onions and garlic herb aioli.
Country Ham and Brie –
Thin-sliced Kite’s country ham seasoned with North Cove Mushrooms Seasoning Salt, julienned local apples, and warm brie cheese folded into a fresh crepe with field greens and honey mustard.
Signature Mushroom Crepe –
A medley of garlic and herb grilled North Cove mushrooms folded into a fresh crepe with chevre, spinach, scallions, and parmesan.
